Good to know before you call

  • This service uses the spare that is already in your vehicle. If there is no spare or it is flat, tell us when you call.
  • Wheel locks need the key. It is usually in the glove box or trunk.
  • Super Roadside does not provide towing. If the wheel or car is too damaged to drive, we will tell you honestly.

Do I need a spare tire for this service?

Yes, a flat tire change installs the spare already in your vehicle. If you do not have a usable spare, tell us when you call. A small tread puncture may qualify for a mobile tire plug instead.

Can you fix my tire instead of changing it?

Sometimes. A small puncture in the tread area can often be plugged on site. Sidewall damage, large cuts or tires driven flat for a long distance are not safe to plug.

Do you tow cars with flat tires?

No. Super Roadside is a mobile roadside service and does not provide towing. We solve eligible problems where the car is.

What should I do while I wait on the shoulder?

Turn on hazard lights, stay away from traffic and, on a freeway, stay inside the vehicle with the seatbelt on or well behind a barrier. If you feel unsafe, call 911.
