Who we are

Super Roadside is a mobile roadside assistance company doing business as a d/b/a of Real Facts LLC, based in San Francisco, California. We serve drivers in San Francisco, the northern Peninsula and the Sacramento region.

We are not a tow company and not a repair shop. That focus is on purpose. Our technicians handle the problems that leave people stuck most often: dead batteries, keys locked inside, flat tires and empty tanks.

How we work

• We ask the right questions before dispatch so the technician arrives with the right tools.
• We confirm the price and an estimated arrival time before anyone is sent.
• We say no when a job is not safe or not a fit, and explain why.
• We only promise hours and coverage we can actually deliver.

Who we work with

Drivers call us directly, and roadside networks and motor clubs also dispatch jobs to our team. Either way, the technician who shows up follows the same process.
