Will unlocking my car damage it?

Our technicians use professional air wedges and long reach tools made for vehicle entry, which are designed to open doors without damage. We tell you before we start if your vehicle has any special risk.

Do I need to prove the car is mine?

Yes. For your safety we ask for ID and a document that connects you to the vehicle, such as the registration or insurance card, once the car is open or before if possible.

My child or pet is locked inside the car. What should I do?

Call 911 immediately. Emergency responders can act faster in those situations. You can call us after help is on the way.

Can you make a new key if I lost mine?

Not at this time. Super Roadside handles lockouts where the keys are inside the car. For lost keys you will need a locksmith or your dealer.
